Jake Marolt MBA has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Jake began their career in 2007 as an Inventory Analyst-Firearms/Optics at Gander Mountain, where they worked until 2009. Jake then joined Cabelas Inc as a Retail Category/Product Manager from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Buyer at The Sportsmans Guide. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at ATK as an International Sales professional. Jake then joined Vista Outdoor Inc. in 2011 and held various roles such as International Sales, National Account Sales Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Sales - Retail.

Jake Marolt earned their Bachelor's degree from Saint John's University from 2002 to 2006. Jake later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Organizational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, completing this degree from 2014 to 2017.
