Nishant Sapre

Nishant Sapre currently serves as Executive Legal & Secretarial at Vista Processed Foods Pvt. Ltd., an OSI Group company, since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nishant worked as a Legal Associate at RERA Easy from November 2021 to April 2022 and completed an internship at Shantilal Dand & Co. in September 2021. Nishant is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Financial Laws at Jindal Global Law School, expected to complete in June 2024. Nishant holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on Intellectual Property Law and General Litigation from the University of Mumbai, completed in November 2020, and has also completed the CS Foundation program in Company Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in June 2018.
