Michelle Howa

Michelle Howa has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 at HDOS Enterprises as an Assistant Manager. Michelle worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined VISTA Staffing Solutions, Inc. and held various roles, including Scheduling Associate, Physician Recruiter, Scheduling Director, Recruiting Associate Manager, Training Programs Manager, Operations Manager Primary Care, Operations Manager Psychiatry, Division Manager Psychiatry, and Director of Operations. Michelle is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations at VISTA Staffing Solutions, Inc. since May 2023.

Michelle Howa attended Odessa College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2005, Michelle pursued their education at the University of Utah, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communications.
