Raseena Rasim

Raseena Rasim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Raseena currently works as an Executive Client Services at VistaJet since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Miracle Flight Support for four years as a Flight Operations Controller, where they were responsible for coordinating air and ground operation services. Raseena also handled customer requests and effectively liaised with suppliers.

In 2017, Raseena worked at flydubai as an Operation Executive in the Brands and Communication department. Their responsibilities included providing efficient customer service and managing relevant data. Prior to flydubai, they served as an Administration Executive at Emirates from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they supervised the processing of GCAA Medical licenses and provided administrative support to the Fleet and Crew service departments.

Raseena began their career as an Administrative Assistant at VFS Global from 2014 to 2015. Their duties included responding to customer queries, assisting applicants, and maintaining databases.

Raseena Rasim began their education in 2011 at Kalinga University in Raipur, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Raseena completed their studies in this field in 2014. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, they attended Spectra Medi in the USA for medical documentation and transcription studies.
