Gerard Doherty started their career as an intern at Kantar in 2010. Gerard then worked as a digital researcher at Hydrogen Group from September 2015 to June 2016. After that, they joined C Space as a research executive from November 2016 to January 2019. In 2019, they became a digital campaign manager at Neptune Retail Solutions, a role they held until June 2021 when they were promoted to senior digital campaign manager. From July to October 2021, they worked as a client success manager at Citylitics Inc. Gerard then joined Corus Entertainment as a consumer insight research analyst in January 2022, where they worked until March 2023. Currently, Gerard is working as an analytics associate at Vistar Media starting from March 2023.

Gerard Doherty attended Cardinal Wiseman R.C. School from 2005 to 2010 and obtained GCSE - 9 A-C's including Maths, English, and Science.
