John Adero

John Adero has over four years of experience in customer service and more than three years in human resources housing, managing over 1,600 associates at properties such as JW Marriott Marquis and Marriott Harbor. Currently, John serves in multiple roles, including Human Resources & Housing at Aloft Hotels and Human Resources Executive at Vistas Global, in addition to being a Human Resource Coordinator at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas. Previous experience includes a position as Housing Administrator at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai and a Customer Service Agent at Kenya Red Cross. John Adero holds a Diploma of Education in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Utalii College and a hospitality certificate in Customer Service Management from Kenya Polytechnic University.
