Haley Dugan

Haley Dugan, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Visterra Inc., leading projects in therapeutic antibody discovery for kidney and CNS-related diseases. Prior experience includes working as Scientist I in Antibody Sciences at Adimab, LLC, where Dugan discovered and characterized neutralizing antibody drug candidates for influenza and SARS-CoV-2. Dugan earned a PhD in Immunology from The University of Chicago, focusing on the influence of exposure history and age on antibody responses to viral infections. Earlier roles included Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School and Research Technician at the Ragon Institute, both studying natural killer cells in HIV-1 infection. An academic foundation in molecular biology was established at Kenyon College, complemented by various research internships.
