Sam Siegel

Sam Siegel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the energy and finance sectors. In 2008, Sam started as an Associate at Jones Day, where they worked until 2010. They then joined Morgan Stanley as a Senior Manager from 2011 to 2012. Next, Sam worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President, Compliance Director from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as Managing Counsel, Compliance at Vistra Energy. Subsequently, Sam joined Vistra Corp., where they worked as Vice President Regulatory Compliance (Trading & Generation) from 2018 to 2023. From 2022, Sam is associated with Texas Energy Reliability Council (TERC).

Sam Siegel attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a BA degree in Plan II and History. From 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Columbia Law School.
