Eleonora Bershadskaya

Eleonora Bershadskaya is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Principal at The Vistria Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Eleonora was Associate Director of Acquisitions & Development at TF Cornerstone from July 2019 to June 2022, and held a brief internship as Senior Product Manager Intern at Amazon in 2018, where a B2B product adoption strategy was developed. Eleonora's earlier experience includes significant roles at the City of New York, as Deputy Chief of Staff and Policy Advisor in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Housing and Economic Development, and at Goldman Sachs, where Eleonora was involved in urban investment and risk disclosure initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at Credit Suisse, Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, along with early internships in government and non-profit sectors. Eleonora holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Barnard College.
