Nick Kimber

Nick Kimber has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Nick currently works as the Finance Director at Vistry Group since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Finance Director at YTL Developments (UK) Limited from August 2019 to April 2023. Nick also served as the Finance Director - Western Region at Bovis Homes from December 2014 to July 2019. Before that, they held various roles at Lend Lease, including Commercial Manager - Development from September 2011 to November 2014. Nick was also the Head of Finance - Development at Lend Lease from August 2010 to September 2011, where they were responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting of major development projects. Nick started their career as a Financial Accountant at PKF (UK) LLP from September 2001 to October 2004.

Nick Kimber attended the University of Nottingham from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree with a 2:1 in Economics. Nick later attended ICAEW from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained certification as a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
