Konsta Luhtala

Konsta Luhtala has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Konsta is currently working as a Software Development Team Lead at Visual Components since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Veikkaus Oy for four years, where they held various positions including the Head of Gaming Backoffice Systems and Development Manager for Customer, Payment, and Authentication Systems. Before Veikkaus Oy, Konsta had a successful tenure at Raha-automaattiyhdistys, RAY, where they held roles such as Head of Gaming Systems, Production Manager, Gaming Systems, Manager of Project Management Office, and Chief IT Architect. Additionally, they have also worked at InfoBuild Oy as a Product Manager and at SysOpen Object Team Oy and SysOpen Oyj as an IT Consultant.

Konsta Luhtala completed their education at Akademie für Datenverarbeitung in Baden-Württemberg, Germany from 1996 to 1999. Konsta obtained a degree in Medien und Kommunikation and became a Staatlich geprüften Informatiker.

In terms of additional certifications, Konsta Luhtala earned the Reaktor Certified Team Builder certification from Reaktor in December 2019. In 2016, they obtained the Certified LeSS Practitioner certification from LeSS.works. Furthermore, in 2013, they became a Certified Product Owner through the Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in 2011, Konsta Luhtala received the ITIL Foundation certification from APMG International.
