Harold Holmes

Harold (Ric) Holmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and growth strategy, currently serving as the Vice President of Growth at Visual Connections since December 2024. As the Founder of ANCAM Veteran Technology Consultants since January 2023, Harold previously held key roles including Director of VA/FedHealth Growth and VA T4NG Account Director at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation from June 2019 to June 2024. At Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. from October 2008 to March 2019, Harold operated as Program Director and Sr Program Manager, overseeing multiple contract teams supporting various Veteran Affairs projects. Additional experience includes positions at Harris Corporation, CACI Ltd, AOL, and Electronic Data Systems, focusing on project planning and management in both corporate and military sectors, including the implementation of the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet.
