Madison Story

Madison Story's work experience begins in 2012, where they worked as a Development Intern at Wind Dancer Films. Madison completed script coverage for Executive Producers and tracked industry trends. In 2012, they also worked as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc., where they covered all areas of the sales floor and mentored team members. From 2014 to 2015, Madison worked as an Account Representative at Inception Digital Services, facilitating video, audio, and subtitles deliveries to multiple platforms and training new employees. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Senior Account Representative at SDI Media, managing large-scale dubbing and subtitling projects for Netflix Original and Branded content. At Sony Pictures Entertainment, Madison joined in 2018 and currently holds the role of Client Services Lead - Content Mastering and Delivery Group. In this role, they facilitate digital deliveries to various SVOD and AVOD clients, acts as a Subject Matter Expert for ordering and inventory software, and works closely with Sales and Technical Operation teams to onboard new clients and streamline workflows. Madison joined Visual Data in 2022 as an Account Manager.

Madison Story earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, studying from 2009 to 2012.
