Patrick Hanley

Patrick Hanley has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Patrick began their career at PACSUN as a Sales Associate in 2007 and later became an Associate Manager in 2009. In 2011, they joined Apple as a Sales Specialist and then transitioned to the role of Mobile Technician in 2012. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Apple Creative, facilitating training sessions and helping customers achieve their goals with Apple technology. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Mac Genius at Apple, specializing in troubleshooting MacOS and Mac hardware and mentoring team members. Currently, they are a Client Support Engineer at Visual Lease, starting in 2022.

Patrick Hanley obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Brookdale Community College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Patrick obtained the Apple Certified iOS Technician certification from Apple in 2012 and the Apple Certified Mac Technician certification from Apple in 2019.
