Damon Fletcher

Damon brings more than 15 years of clinical operations experience and a lifetime of ophthalmology experience from being a congenital glaucoma patient to ophthalmology research professional. Prior to joining Visus Therapeutics, Damon was a Senior Manager of Site Management at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where he oversaw, managed, and identified site-level risks and implement risk mediation strategies to ensure quality data in Rare Disease and Diabetic Macular Edema programs. Prior to joining Alexion, Damon gained a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Site Manager within Global Site Management Operations at Allergan, Inc. During his time at Allergan, he supported the development and approval of ophthalmic products for the front and back of the eye, including: DURYSTA™, OZURDEX® and RESTASIS MULTIDOSE®. Damon holds an MS in Clinical Research Administration from University of Liverpool and a BS in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University.
