Adele Koleszko

Adele Koleszko is an experienced primary care counsellor currently working at Vita Health Group since April 2023, following a similar role at Trent PTS from March 2020 to April 2023. Prior to these positions, Adele served as a lecturer in psychology at Derby College for nearly 17 years. Additional experience includes training as a psychotherapist at HMP Foston Hall women's prison and pursuing a master's degree in integrative psychotherapy at The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. Adele began their career as an initial assessment training advisor at Rathbone from April 2001 to March 2003. Adele holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Derby and a PGCE in further education from the University of Greenwich.
