Lauren Dickson

Lauren Dickson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Vita Inclinata Technologies, Lauren has held various HR roles since joining the company in May 2022. Prior to this, Lauren spent nearly seven years at Air Methods, advancing from Human Resources Generalist to Sr. HR Operations Manager/HR Business Partner. Lauren's career began at Nordstrom, where responsibilities included Customer Service Manager and Department Manager. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 2012.
