Dave Squires

Dave Squires is an experienced facilities management professional currently serving as Facilities Manager at Unite Students since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dave held several positions at Unite Students from March 2015 to October 2022, including Estates Manager, Estates Supervisor, and Electrician. Additional experience includes working as an Electrician for Laser Electrical Queenstown from August 2013 to February 2015, and for NHS from September 2012 to February 2013. Dave also worked as a Solar Technician at Solus Renewable Energy from August 2011 to September 2012. Educationally, Dave obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Electrician from Loughborough College, graduating between 2006 and 2010.
