Simon C. has an extensive work experience history. Simon started working at Vitaco Health Group in 2020 as the Head of Marketing for New Zealand, where they oversaw a complex portfolio that included teas, supplements, and energy drinks. Prior to that, they worked at Goodman Fielder from 2018 to 2020 as the Head of Marketing for Bread, leading the baking category and re-launching several brands to improve market share. Before that, they worked at Diageo from 2012 to 2020, first as a Global Marketing Manager for Single Malt Whisky, where they developed brand strategies and growth drivers, and later as an Innovation Manager for Bulleit bourbon in APAC. Simon also worked at PepsiCo from 2008 to 2012, where they held various roles including Senior Brand Manager for Mountain Dew & 7UP and European Senior Brand Manager. Lastly, they started their career at British American Tobacco as a Sales Rep.
Simon C. completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Canterbury from 2000 to 2003. During this time, their major subjects were Marketing and Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy & Information Systems from the University of Canterbury in the year 2004.
