Afshan Ardalan

Afshan Ardalan is a skilled scientist currently employed at Vital Bio, where notable contributions include the development of over 200 potassium, sodium, and pH optodes and optical sensors, along with comprehensive assay development. Prior experience includes a Mitacs Accelerate Industrial Postdoc at the University of Toronto, focusing on enzyme complexes and recombinant protein expression, and a Graduate Research Assistant role at Wilfrid Laurier University, where achievements include designing and purifying mitochondrial membrane proteins.
