Russell Diez-Canseco

Russell Diez-Canseco is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and talent management. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at Vital Farms since January 2014, Russell has also held positions as President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Operating Officer within the company. Previous experience includes mentoring at SKU, Operating Vice President of Talent Management at Leslie Rudd Investment Company, and Vice President of Talent Management at Dean & Deluca. Before that, Russell worked at McKinsey & Company in various roles including Manager of Professional Development and Senior Associate, and held positions at HEB Grocery and the Central Intelligence Agency. Russell holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
