Danielle Newson

Danielle Newson has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various management roles. Most recently, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Vital Records Control. Prior to that, they served as the EVP of Human Resources at American Car Center. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Head of HR/Vice President of Human Resources at View, Inc. Danielle also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc., where they led a remote team and was involved in HR strategy, talent development, and project management. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at SAFE Boats International, LLC and Visiting Angels, where they focused on recruitment, training, and employee relations. Danielle's career in HR began at Express Storage, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist/Office Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated success in reducing turnover, implementing new processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Danielle Newson, MS, PHR, completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Leadership at Western Governors University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Washington. Danielle obtained various certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in 2014 and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015. In 2019, they completed the Wharton HR Management Analytics program from Wharton Executive Education. Most recently, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in 2020.
