Sophia Nasti, PhD, is an experienced educator and researcher currently serving as an Instructor and Course Developer at VITAL THOUGHT, where Sophia creates and teaches humanities-driven content courses. As a Teaching Fellow at Yogic Studies, Sophia manages student engagement for Buddhist studies modules.
