Noha Alkamcha

Noha is a Senior Program Manager for the Global Network & Regional Engagement team at Vital Voices. In this role, Noha oversees programs in the MENA region and establishes local partnerships that empower local authentic voices.

Prior to Vital Voices, Noha Alkamcha was a governance advisor, development consultant, and researcher working with diverse entities on organizational development, capacity building, and analytical reporting. Since 2011, she has supported and co-founded numerous civil society initiatives and organizations that have emerged post-conflict in Syria. Through her work, Noha has amassed significant experience in international development and humanitarian programs, particularly working in unstable conflict zones. She is currently a non-resident scholar at the Middle East Institute – Washington DC.
