Katherine Nielsen

Katherine Nielsen has a strong background in blood donor recruitment and management. Katherine began their career in 2014 as a Blood Donor Recruiter at LifeShare Blood Center, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Vitalant as a Senior Donor Recruitment Representative, and gradually progressed to become a Donor Recruitment Supervisor in 2019. Currently, Katherine holds the position of Donor Recruitment Manager at Vitalant, a role they have been in since November 2021.

Katherine Nielsen obtained their Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which they completed between 2009 and 2013.
