Stefanie Sell

Stefanie Sell has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Stefanie is currently working at Vitalant as a Human Resources Manager since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from March 2016 to April 2022.

Before joining Vitalant, Stefanie had experience at the INLAND NORTHWEST SOCIETY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. Stefanie served as a Member from 2003 to present. Additionally, they held the position of College Relations Director from January 2015 to October 2017, where they focused on connecting with HR-focused students and providing support for scholarship and internship programs.

Stefanie also worked as a Practice Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions from August 2015 to March 2016. At Horizon Credit Union, they held multiple roles including Human Resources Specialist from February 2011 to August 2015 and Assistant Branch Manager from February 2011 to September 2011.

Their previous experience includes working as a Loan Specialist at Horizon Northwest Home Mortgage from August 2009 to May 2010, and as a Human Resources Administrator at Horizon Credit Union from September 2003 to July 2009.

Stefanie Sell began their education at Ritzville High School, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following their high school education, Stefanie attended Washington State University from 1998 to 2000, focusing on completing their undergraduate requirements. Stefanie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management at Eastern Washington University from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Stefanie obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In January 2015, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. During the same time, they also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
