Niven Ramlakhan

Niven Ramlakhan is an experienced professional in venture integration and operations, currently serving as the Venture Integration Lead at Vitality Group Inc. since 2020, with a parallel role at Sumitomo Life Insurance Company as part of a secondment. Prior to these positions, Niven was the Venture Operations Director at both Vitality Group Inc. and Sumitomo Life Insurance Company from 2017 to 2019, and held the role of Chief of Staff/Executive Associate to COO at Vitality Group Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Niven's early career includes significant experience as Head of TPS Architecture at Standard Bank Group and as a Manager at Ernst & Young, as well as an Architect at Liberty Group South Africa. Niven holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
