Gabriela Pates Assoc Cipd

Gabriela Pates, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the HR Business Partner for the UK at Vitalograph since May 2024. Prior to this, Gabriela was the Group Human Resources Manager at Mentaur from August 2023 to May 2024, and held the position of HR Manager at De Vere from April 2022 to August 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Hotel Manager at Travelodge Hotels Limited from January 2019 to April 2022, and Operations Manager at Premier Inn from November 2011 to November 2018, as well as a brief tenure as FOH Manager at Premier Inn in 2011. Gabriela holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northampton and a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management from CIPD, as well as pursuing education at Group scholar Virgil Madgearu in Iasi, Romania from 1997 to 2002.
