Betsy Basch, PHR, SHRM-CP

Betsy Basch, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Betsy began their career in 1999 as a Benefits and Compensation Specialist at VoiceStream Wireless. In 2001, they worked as a Benefits Administrator for Microsoft as a contractor. Betsy then joined Parker Services in 2002 as a Staffing Specialist and was promoted to Staffing Manager in the same year. In 2005, they became the Lead Recruiter at Parker Technical Solutions. In 2008, they joined Seattle SHRM and served as the Logistics Director from September 2012 to December 2014, Recruiting Special Interest Group Leader from January 2008 to December 2014, and VP, Education from 2015. Lastly, they joined VitalSource Staffing, LLC in 2011 as the Director, Recruiting.

Betsy Basch, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a BA in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Betsy also attended Eastlake High School.
