Carmen Guzman-Williams

Carmen Guzman-Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer enablement and human resources. Currently serving as the Customer Enablement Manager at VitalSource since October 2019, Carmen provides support to the Customer Success team and manages various operational aspects of customer contracts. Prior to this role, Carmen worked at Nationwide Insurance as a Claims Specialist for nearly a decade, successfully processed claims while achieving notable cost savings for the company. Carmen's earlier career included significant human resources roles at KBR, Inc. and Zoni Language Centers, where responsibilities ranged from emergency travel coordination to employee compliance tracking. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
