Laura Ball

Laura Ball has over a decade of experience in product management and customer success, currently serving as a Product Manager at VitalSource since January 2013. In various roles at VitalSource, including Product Analyst and Partner Success & Integration Manager, Laura has been responsible for conducting training, communicating software enhancements, and overseeing customer needs and satisfaction. Prior to VitalSource, Laura worked at RegEd as an Account Coordinator and Certifications Specialist, conducting training, managing client accounts, and facilitating automation to enhance departmental efficiency. Laura holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
