Lee Mulcahy

Lee Mulcahy is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at VitalSource since April 2019, where leadership of a team managing a $26.5 million net sales budget is a primary focus. Previously, as a Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company, Lee managed over 30 critical accounts, significantly contributing to $10 million in annual net sales and led initiatives to enhance customer health metrics.
