Sarah Knoll

Senior Director, Customer Success at VitalSource

Sarah Knoll has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Sarah started their career in 2009 as an Associate Editor for Tar River Poetry while also working as a Graduate Teaching Associate at East Carolina University. In 2011, they transitioned to Connections Education, where they served as a Curriculum Quality Assurance Associate, evaluating and editing online curriculum content. In 2013, they joined Connections Academy as a Curriculum Quality Assurance Specialist.

Sarah then moved on to VitalSource in 2014, taking on the role of Digital Content Coordinator, where they managed content creation for multiple publishing companies and acted as a liaison between onboarding and account management. Over time, they progressed within the company and held positions such as Client Implementation Manager, Director of Customer Programs, and Program Manager. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at VitalSource.

Sarah Knoll completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Meredith College in 2009. Sarah then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing at East Carolina University from 2009 to 2011. In 2020, Sarah obtained the certification in "Leading Strategic Growth" from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
