Armand Fotsing

Armand Fotsing has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Armand started their career as a Process Analyst at CAR-O-LINER in 2005 and then went on to work as a Process Analyst at Hilton Food Group AB in 2006. In 2007, they joined Fagersta Stainless AB as a Senior Logistics Coordinator. Armand then moved to Johnson & Johnson in 2008, where they held various roles including Distribution Operations Controller and Nordic Distribution Operations Manager for both Consumer and Pharma divisions. In 2023, Armand joined The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as the Distribution & Transportation Lead for the UK & Nordics. Currently, they are working as the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) at Vitamail AS, where they are responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the supply chain organization to align with the company's strategic objectives. Armand has a strong background in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, production, distribution, and supplier relationship management.

Armand Fotsing obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Buea from 1997 to 2000. Armand then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial & Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg from 2001 to 2003. In 2020, they obtained a certification in "Managing Self-Doubt to Tackle Bigger Challenges" from LinkedIn.
