Marty Biscay

Marty Biscay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marty started their career in 1990 as a Supervisor at Matrixx Marketing and later worked as a VP/Operations at iHeartMedia - CMM from 1995 to 2015. Marty then joined VITAS Healthcare in 2016 as an Internal Management Consultant, where they provided executive level leadership to multi-disciplinary teams. In 2019, they became the Director of Operations Performance at VITAS Healthcare, responsible for developing strategies and technologies for managing performance. Marty's most recent role was as the VP of Operations & Enterprise Accounts at Waites, where they oversaw business development and operations performance improvement. Throughout their career, Marty has demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills.

Marty Biscay is an MBA candidate at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Marty holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Daniel Webster College.
