Oleg Manevich

Oleg Manevich has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Oleg started their career in 1993 as Deputy CEO at "AVICOS-AFES" Insurance Co., where they were responsible for various areas such as methodology, finance, actuarial calculations, regional branch supervision, special projects, sales channel creation, and information technologies. In 2009, the company was acquired by AlfaStrachovanie Insurance Co.

Oleg then switched to the academic field, working as a University Lecturer at Moscow State University of Linguistic from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they also held a position as a Researcher at Moscow Institute of Chemical Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences from 1998 to 2003.

In 2001, Manevich joined Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Postdoctoral Researcher for a year.

In 2005, they became the CEO of Vitasoft, leading projects in air traffic management, air ticketing, and insurance. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, they served as the Managing Partner at Insurance Market Technologies, an ACORD member organization.
