Adam Bottley

Adam Bottley has a strong background in risk and compliance management. Adam most recently worked as the Head of Risk and Assurance at Vitesse PSP Limited since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Bink from May 2021 to February 2023, where they implemented and maintained a Risk and Compliance Framework and provided expertise on GDPR and data privacy.

Adam also worked as a Risk and Compliance Manager at DPR Limited from October 2018 to May 2021, where they were responsible for enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.

Adam's earlier experience includes roles at HSBC, where they served as a Business Risk and Control Manager covering Europe and led various strategic risk projects. Adam also managed the Operational Risk Transformation Programme and worked on the implementation of the Senior Managers Review.

Prior to that, they participated in the HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management Graduate Scheme and had placements in various departments.

Before joining HSBC, Adam was a participant in the ASDA Graduate Scheme.

Adam Bottley obtained their International Certificate in Financial Services Risk Management from The Institute of Risk Management. Following that, they pursued a degree in Political Science and History at The University of Birmingham from 2009 to 2012.
