Hans Gunesch

Hans Gunesch is currently employed as a Project Manager - Lean Production at Vitra since May 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Lean Production Specialist at IMI Precision Engineering from February 2015 to April 2016. With a background in Lean management, Hans has held various positions such as Lean Manager at G. Elbe und Sohn GmbH & Co. KG, Lean Trainer at STRABAG, and Lean Manager at Contura GmbH within the Vitra Group. They also have prior experience in Montage at Daimler Chrysler and served in the Bundeswehr for Wehrdienst. Hans started their career as a Kfz-Mechanic at Autohaus Riedmüller and completed their Ausbildung zum KFZ Mechaniker at Autohaus Kögel. Graduating with a degree in Maschinenbau as a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker from Robert-Bosch-Schule Stuttgart, they also attended Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart from 2001 to 2005.
