Laura Diodene

Laura Diodene is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Vitra since October 2017, providing strategic support on all HR-related matters, including recruiting and process optimization. Previously, Laura held the position of Manager of Apprenticeships, focusing on the strategic orientation and development of apprenticeship programs, as well as representing the company at trade fairs. Prior roles include Support Human Resources at Vizona and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Vitra, along with an internship in Human Resources. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Basel and is pursuing further certification in vocational training assessment from IHK.
