Andrew Sundelin

Andrew Sundelin has a diverse work experience in the technology industry, with a focus on product management, architecture, and network engineering. Andrew currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management, AIOps at Vitria Technology, Inc., where they lead the development of software that utilizes big data, machine learning, and AI to improve customer experience and reduce operational expenses. Prior to this, they worked at Guavus as the Director of Product Management - Operations Analytics, where they played a key role in expanding the capabilities of a care and network operations system. Andrew also had experience as a Principal Consultant at Dial in the Sun, where they worked on industry specifications, and as the Director of Architecture at Applied Broadband, where they provided consulting services to cable operators and organizations. Andrew began their career as an Independent Consultant, focusing on network engineering and system management projects, and later worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff & System Architect at WildBlue Communications and as a Staff Engineer, Integrated Services Architectures at Cable Television Laboratories.

Andrew Sundelin attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 1983 to 1987. Andrew then pursued their higher education at Brown University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a ScB degree in Computer Science and Russian Studies. Finally, from 1994 to 1996, Andrew attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they completed an ABT for MS degree in Telecommunications.
