Sai Sankar

Sai Sankar has extensive work experience in various industries. Sai currently serves as the Research & Product Operations Lead at VitroLabs Inc, where they drive alignment across teams and improves product development velocity. Sai also worked as a R&D Project Manager at VitroLabs Inc. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder/CEO of Stealth Biotech. Alongside their professional roles, Sai has worked as a Filmmaker (Director & Editor) as a freelancer since 2012. Sai has also served as a Reviewer for JMIR Publications and PeerJ. Additionally, Sai has held positions at Aquavit Pharmaceuticals, Inc as the Chief Biomedical Engineer & Strategic Marketing, BioSapien Inc as the Director Of Business Development (Interim), SunP Biotech as a Marketing Engineer, Sonavex, Inc. as an Intern, and Drexel University as a Coulter Translational Research Program Fellow.

Sai Sankar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2012 to 2016. They then pursued a Master's Degree in Integrated Biomedical Engineering and Business at Drexel University from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working towards an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership at New England College, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Sai Sankar has obtained several certifications, including "Foundations of Business Strategy" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, "Systems Thinking In Public Health" from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, "Healthcare Marketplace" from the University of Minnesota, "Research Animal Staff Clearance" from Brigham and Women's Hospital, and "Goethe - Zertifikat A2" and "Goethe - Zertifikat A1" from Goethe-Institut e.V.
