Joseph Baylon

Joseph Baylon is an experienced professional in the technology and blockchain sectors, currently serving as an L1X HODler at Layer One X since March 2023, focusing on interoperability and scalability in blockchain technology. Joseph has held multiple roles simultaneously, including VTRU HODler at Vitruveo and FSTR HODler at Fourth Star, both emphasizing decentralized ecosystems and growth. Prior experience includes software development roles at Mattermost and Glassdoor, as well as leadership in quality assurance automation at Tala and Flipagram. Joseph is also an investor and partner at Phantom Fly Vodka and has entrepreneurial experience as the founder and CEO of CulverBox. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from De La Salle University.
