Nicole Ryder, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as a Director of Human Resources | Global People Operations at Dyad and as a member of Chief, Nicole has previously held leadership roles at Bow River Capital, Accelo, and GutCheck, where Nicole focused on talent acquisition, culture development, and HR strategy. With a strong background in fostering employee engagement and scalable HR programs, Nicole has contributed to multiple organizations, including Pinnacol Assurance and USLI. Nicole holds a B.A. in Psychology from Shepherd University.
