Adrian Mitri

Adrian leads the practice that supports portfolio businesses through their growth journey.

He is a hands-on COO and Operations leader by background with over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of Financial Services businesses both in the UK and internationally. From 2010-2016 he was the COO of Callcredit Information Group (a Vitruvian backed business through to 2014), that went through rapid growth where Adrian led all of the delivery functions including Technology and the establishment of nearshore operation in Lithuania. Prior to this he worked for Allianz Insurance as the Operations Director of the UK Retail business; he has also worked for Lehman Brothers and Barclays/ Woolwich Mortgages in Operational leadership positions. Adrian is a New Zealander by birth (the UK has been home for over 20 years), and holds a BCom and an MBA from the University of Auckland.
