Johann Napp

Johann joined Vitruvian in 2018 and works as a Senior Vice President supporting the investment teams.

Prior to Vitruvian, Johann worked as Senior Associate at Sunley House Capital Management, a subsidiary of Advent International, where he focused primarily on listed equities across European Business and Financial Services. Previously he was an Analyst at GVO Capital, a London-based family office, investing in public and private equity. Johann started his career at Bain & Company in London and South Africa, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on commercial due diligence, strategy and M&A. He holds a PhD in Engineering and Technology Management from Cambridge University, and a Dipl.-Ing. (MEng equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology.
