Tushar Patel is an experienced customer affairs and complaints management professional, currently serving as the Head of UK Operations at Viva Wallet since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the Complaints Department and engaging with stakeholders regarding FCA’s Customer Duty Regulation.
