Luda Graves

Luda Graves has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Luda currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Viva Energy Australia, starting in August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Strategy, M&A, and PMO on the executive team of T&G Fresh, which is the New Zealand business of T&G Global Limited. Luda worked in this role from February 2020 until August 2023.

Before joining T&G Global Limited, Luda worked at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise as an Investment Manager from October 2014 to February 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, from September 2007 to October 2014. Luda also gained experience as an Executive at Cameron Partners from January 2004 to December 2006.

Their early work experience includes serving as an Assistant Analyst at ABN AMRO Craigs/ Craigs Investment Partners from November 2002 to January 2004, and as an Accounts Assistant Supervisor at GE Money (former AGC Finance) from April 2000 to January 2002.

Luda's career began at Lanta Bank, ZAO, where they worked as an Accountant-Economist in the Credit & Finance department from 1997 to 1999.

Luda Graves completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) in the years 1994-1998. Following that, Luda pursued a Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance from The University of Auckland during the years 2000-2002. Luda then obtained a Master of Commerce degree in Finance from The University of Auckland between the years 2002-2004. Additionally, Luda has a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from CPA Australia, although the exact date of certification acquisition is not provided.
