Maxwell Peters has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an Undergraduate Researcher at Colorado State University. Maxwell then worked as a PCR Technician at Summit Plant Laboratories Inc. from 2013 to 2015, where they gained skills in analytical diagnostics of plant tissue and extraction and detection of bacterial DNA. In 2014, Peters joined Vivaldi Biosciences Inc. as a Research Associate, specializing in the clinical stage development of live attenuated influenza vaccines and utilizing molecular biology techniques. Additionally, since 2006, Peters has been employed at Rio Grande Mexican Restaurants, starting as a busser and working their way up to bartender.
