Sara Bay's work experience begins in 2016 as a Marketingreferentin at Emil Frey Deutschland. Sara then served as an Assistenz der Geschäftsführung from March 2017 to December 2017. Following this, they held the role of Leitung Kundenkontaktcenter und strategische Projekte from January 2018 to July 2020. From August 2020 to December 2021, they worked as the Leitung Marketing und Kundenkontaktcenter, where they were also a Prokuristin. In January 2022, they became the Geschäftsführung Emil Frey Digital Services until April 2023. Currently, Saray Bay is the COO at ViveLaCar, starting in May 2023.

Sara Bay has a diverse education history. In 2012, they enrolled at Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Internationale Wirtschaftswissenschaften with a focus on Tourismusmanagement. Sara successfully completed their degree in 2015.

In the same year, Sara attended the Akademie für Systematische Moderation, where they obtained a certification as a Systemischer Moderator.

Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Sara attended Universität St.Gallen (HSG), Executive School, Law & Management. During this period, they undertook a program called CAS SMART Mobility Management - Driven by SMART Data & SMART Cities, which focused on the integration of smart data and smart cities in the field of mobility management.

Aside from their academic pursuits, Sara has also obtained certifications in online marketing from Google. In January 2021, they completed the "Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings" certification, and later in August 2021, they obtained the "Google Ads Suchmaschinenwerbung" certification. Sara has also obtained the Google Analytics certification, although the exact date of completion is unknown.
