Matt Fedor

Matt Fedor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue and sales operations, currently serving as Director of Revenue Operations at Viventium since January 2017. Fedor has successfully implemented a new CRM system that enhanced automation and provided measurable metrics for sales representatives, alongside developing a comprehensive sales reporting structure that includes key performance indicators and individual scorecards. Prior to Viventium, Fedor worked at ADP for over a decade in various roles including Financial Analyst and Group Leader in Finance/Billing, where responsibilities included supporting sales and service operations and overseeing a team. Fedor began a career in finance as an Accounting Intern at Bear Stearns. Fedor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
